Rules for using the Baju Baju platform and the sale of digital content.
These terms define the rules for using and making purchases on the "Baju Baju" platform. The owner of the service and the Seller is APPIT PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA headquartered in Wróblowice, ul. Henryka Brodatego 60/1B, 55-330 Wróblowice, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001225603, VAT ID (NIP): 9131644487.

The service allows for the paid generation of digital E-books and Audiobooks (digital content). The content is generated automatically using artificial intelligence technology. To properly use the downloaded content, you need a device with a web browser, a PDF file reader, and an audio file player (MP3).
Prices provided in the Service are gross prices. Order processing (story generation) begins immediately after the payment is credited.
According to Article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer regarding contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, for which the consumer is liable to pay the price, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By accepting the terms and checking the appropriate box before purchase, the User agrees to the immediate start of the service provision and loses the right to a refund.
The Seller is obliged to deliver digital content free from defects. If the generated file is technically damaged or the order did not reach the provided e-mail address, the User has the right to file a complaint to: appit.startup@gmail.com. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
