We process your e-mail address and optionally provided name to set up and manage your user account, fulfill your order (delivery of the e-book/audio), and handle any potential complaints. The legal basis is the necessity for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you give separate consent, your e-mail will be processed for marketing purposes (Newsletter).
To provide our services, we use trusted partners. Your data may be entrusted to: hosting and database service providers (Supabase), payment operators to process transactions, and API providers (AI content generation tools). We guarantee that the data entered in the story generation form is not used to openly train artificial intelligence models.
We process data for the duration of possessing an account on the platform or until the expiration of claims arising from concluded contracts. You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
